Petroplan are looking to hire 2 x TAR Managers to join the team for a major Oil and Gas client of ours in Grangemouth Scotland.
This is a permanent staff role, working on site 37.5 hours a week, coming with a generous annual salary and full staff package.
Ideally you will hold:
- Have extensive experience in Maintenance, TARs and Projects.
- Have advanced team leadership skills and behaviours.
- Have extensive knowledge of engineering sub-contract management.
- Demonstrate strong decision making skills, both within and out with area of expertise.
- Be able to manage budgets and cost management systems.
- Have working knowledge of industrial relations management and the NAECI agreement.
- Have well established networks and contacts
- Have knowledge of integrated site manufacturing operations and external logistics issues.
- Have experience using Maximo / SAP.
