Registered nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license or eligibility to join our dedicated healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide highquality patient care across various medical streams ensuring the best clinical practices are followed in line with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist in medical procedures and surgical operations.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Clinical Operations:
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infectioncontrol protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records charts and reports.
  • Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and medical knowledge.
  • Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical nursing standards and guidelines.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all healthcare facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensure:
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in various medical streams such as medicalsurgical pediatric critical care emergency and maternity is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare software.
