Chef De Partie

Our client a prominent organization in the hospitality industry committed to delivering unparalleled experiences and services to their guests. They are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie. The ideal candidate will have proven track record in managing culinary operations in highpressure environments including prestigious households 5star hotels and with VVIP customers. Other duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Prepare and cook highquality dishes as per set standards and recipes.
  
• Assist in menu planning ensuring variety and quality in food offerings.
  
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff ensuring adherence to kitchen standards and procedures.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following health and safety guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
  
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a fastpaced highvolume setting including households 5star hotels or equivalent.
  
• Expertise in preparing a wide range of cuisines with attention to presentation and flavor.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior staff.
  
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
  
• Diploma from a culinary school or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  
• Experience in serving VVIP customers and maintaining confidentiality is highly desirable.
