Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Lead to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have 710 years of experience in the UAE or GCC specifically in parking management and systems. This role involves developing project controls and risk management procedures ensuring projects are completed on schedule within budget and in scope. The successful candidate will establish key metrics and KPIs and report any issues that may impact project success to the Line Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project controls and risk management procedures.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule within budget and in scope.

• Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure project performance.

• Report problems or failures that may impact projects and/or clients/customers to the Line Manager immediately.

• Utilize knowledge of various project management methodologies to guide project execution.

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 710 years of experience in the UAE or GCC related to parking management and systems.

• Strong knowledge of different project management methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing project controls and risk management procedures.

• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet the defined scope.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).

• Advanced knowledge of parking management systems and technologies.

• Experience in reporting and escalating project issues effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage largescale projects successfully.

Location: This position is based in Dubai UAE offering a competitive salary range ofAED monthly. The successful candidate must be currently residing in Dubai.
