Job Description

• Support event planners F & amp; B and sales teams by understanding event requirements and
• objectives.
• Assist in meetings to gather necessary details for designs.
• Translate conceptual designs and sketches into detailed technical drawings using
• drafting software.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to venue regulations and safety standards.
• Incorporate feedback and modifications throughout the design process.
• Participate in site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions as required.
• Record and report site data accurately for use in drafting.
• Assist in plotting the events markout and review floor plan accuracy.
• Operating the Robot markout service programmer.
• Help coordinate hall access for markout and maintain uptodate markout schedules.
• Continuously update and maintain the floor plans of meeting rooms and halls.
