We are working for our Abu Dhabi based Financial Services client who is looking to hire an entry level in house recruiter. This is a brilliant opportunity to join this successful global brand and build your career in Talent Management; you will be given full training and exposure to senior management working on key hires for the company in the Middle East and APAC
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle across multiple functions.
- Find unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques via various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Partner with external agencies and internal HR teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Key Skills
- Extensive global recruitment experience particularly in the Middle East and APAC regions within the financial services and fund/asset management sectors. Agency experience is acceptable if complemented by inhouse recruitment understanding.
- Experience in campus/graduate hiring is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Wellpresented with excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives.
