Training Coordinator - Feedezo Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan schedule and coordinate training programs and activities.
• Liaise with department managers and trainers to identify training needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials manuals and other documentation.
• Track and record employee participation in training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage logistics for training sessions including booking venues arranging equipment and preparing materials.
• Communicate training schedules and details to participants.
• Assist in the creation of online training modules and elearning content.
• Provide support to trainers and facilitators during training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a training coordinator training facilitator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with elearning platforms and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
