As a General Cleaner at Phoenix LLC you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming floors.Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks and mirrors.Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials appropriately.Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors to ensure they are free from smudges and fingerprints.Refill soap toilet paper and other restroom supplies as needed.Clean and disinfect common areas such as break rooms kitchens and conference rooms.Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned within allotted timeframes.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols at all times.Assist with setting up and cleaning up for special events or meetings as required.Requirements:Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred but not required.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and techniques.Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices.Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Working Conditions:fulltimeBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Health dental and vision insurance options.Paid time off (vacation sick leave holidays)
