BIM COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of BIM execution plans for projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
2. Coordinate with project teams to establish BIM standards protocols and workflows.
3. Provide guidance and training to team members on BIM software tools and methodologies.
4. Manage BIM models and data including model creation editing and coordination.
5. Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and communication.
7. Assist in the preparation and review of BIM deliverables including drawings schedules and reports.
8. Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices related to BIM.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BIM processes and efficiencies.
10. Serve as a BIM subject matter expert and resource for project teams.
    

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination role
3. Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
4. Strong understanding of BIM principles standards (e.g. ISO 19650) and workflows.
5. Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Certification in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is preferred.
8. Knowledge of other design and analysis software (e.g. AutoCAD Rhino Tekla) is a plus.
9. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is an advantage.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
