Job Description
- Work on financial studies, employment plan, and prepare the annual budget for the department’s operations.
- Work to implement the recruitment plan and fill the positions for which recruitment is required.
- Developing programs and providing opportunities in cooperation with educational institutions for new graduates
- Analyse, plan, develop, and implement all talent attraction processes, systems, and programs
- Supporting sustainability by implementing projects and initiatives to automate processes and procedures.
