Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles responsibly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized parking area.
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide guests with appropriate receipts.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other items from their vehicles.
Provide directions and recommendations to guests regarding the venue or local area.
Ensure the security and safety of guests' vehicles at all times.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and parking policies.
