About the location:

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach with its unparalleled location fresh approach to luxury and legendary personalized service has exceeded the high expectations in the ultra competitive Dubai market. Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach includes five outlets options from the beachfront Sea Fu restaurant to the rooftop Mercury Lounge and it includes 237 Dubai luxury hotel rooms including 49 suites subtle Arabic design motifs blend with cool contemporary style featuring soft backgrounds of blue or green. Dubai is the second largest of the seven Emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates Dubai is located on the southern shore of the Arabian Gulf. Has a Sub tropical arid climate.

What you will do

  • This is a cluster role for two of Four Seasons Hotels Dubai

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned revenue growth for the assigned market and segment

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests vendors colleagues and the global sales network.

  • Monitor sales production analyze market data and adjust sales strategies to meet planned goals.

  • Negotiate and secure group contracts considering room availability rates and revenue objectives.

  • Participate in trade shows promotional events and networking opportunities to develop new and identify potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts ensuring retention and repeat business.

  • Stay informed of industry trends competitor activities and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • To drive direct sales activities of the Hotel to achieve budgeted and assigned goals.

  • Monitor and identify current and future business trends to insure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.

  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan.

  • Regular travel is required with this position.

What you will bring

  • Knowledge for Middle East and Africa is a must

  • Reading writing and oral proficiency in Arabic & English. Arabic is a must.

  • Fluency in Mandarin an advantage

  • A highly motivated individual and great team player

  • Luxury Hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or 3 5 or operational hotel experience

  • Have knowledge of Sales Force and Opera

  • Experience with Leisure Travel

  • An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Strong planning and organizing skill

  • Proven record of sales achievements

  • Experience with cluster / multiproperties is an advantage
