Our client is currently seeking an organized and proactive Inbound Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to managing our client interactions and supporting our clients administrative operations and customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries and customer queries via application phone calls WhatsApp and social media platforms.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments and internal meetings to ensure seamless operations.
Manage work schedules for our cleaning staff ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely execution of services.
Maintain accurate and organized records databases and filing systems to support effective data management and confidentiality.
Utilize basic computer applications to perform data entry and manage information systems.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills converting inquiries into sales opportunities through effective communication and followup.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the FM / Cleaning Services industry or a related business environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications including MS Office and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
