Roles & Responsibilities
Manage executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare doents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Maintain confidentiality of executive information and sensitive doents.
Organize and maintain files and records for the executive.
Conduct research and provide ysis to support executive decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other departments or organizations.
Provide general administrative support to the executive and ist with special projects.
