Pfs group of companies Looking to hire an HR executive with minimal experience of 0203 years in UAE.The ideal candidate must have experience in below

• HR/HRMIS Operations
• Onboarding End to end onboarding management for employees
• Employee Engagement Ideating and executing employee engagement initiatives
• HR Analytics Data mining and analysis of employee engagement/workforce trends
• Training Conducting training on HR software policies employee performance management etc.
• Performance Management End to end performance cycle management for employees
• Reward & Recognition Ideating/Implementing new and existing R&R initiatives
• Preparation of Job Description/policies/HR strategies
• well versed with UAE labour law
• Employee Leave settlement/End of service
• Measurable KPI
• HR reports/Dashboards
• Talent Aquisition
• should have a knowledge of 360degree Appraisal
• Gap analysis
• Presentations
• experienced with Zoho software
• Scheduling/managing calendar for M.D
• Employee records management

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: AED3000.00 AED5000.00 per month
