You will be responsible for the following activities:
Preparing the new manufacturing site, ensuring readiness for operations, e.g. infrastructure, utilities, equipment installations, local service procurement, etc.
Onboarding, leading and developing the local team, managing their performance and allocation of resources
Leading everyday site activities, supported by global functions, including planning, assembly-integration-testing, inventory management, quality control
Setting up, maintaining, and continuously improving efficient and high quality site operations
Collaborating to solve site-related issues with global ICEYE teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, IT & Security, Finance, HR
