Full job description
To provide administrative and clerical support as required, for the assigned contracts/department including composing and editing correspondence as directed and to carry out administrative routine work.
Monitoring & reporting daily staff attendances report. Update reporting Manager with staff absents, Sick & Late reporting.
Production of the periodic progress reports as required by the Contract Manager/ Operation Manager.
Prepare Annual leave schedules for all the departments and monitor staff leave utilization against the schedule,
Total Staff leave administration of assigned contracts/departments that includes annual, local, medical, emergency, absent etc.
Total Administration of overtime recording and approval system
