Job Description:

• Develop implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Create manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Product Development Teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and advertising
• Adhere to rules and regulation.
• Present to Senior Management
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Drafts and edits proposals reports and other documents.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Coordinates with logistics for company projects.
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar position
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Twitter Linkedin Instagram Tiktok and other social media best practises.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web designing and publishing
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
• Great interpersonal presentation and communication skills
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email phone etc.)
