Role > Director to organize and implement a large transformation Plan
Role description > He oversees and orchestrates the strategic initiatives necessary for a company to adapt and thrive in changing market conditions. He is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans that drive organizational change improve operational efficiency and enhance overall performance. This role involves analyzing current business processes identifying areas for improvement and devising strategies to streamline workflows optimize resources and foster innovation. Additionally he collaborates with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and facilitate effective communication throughout the transformation process. He will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through periods of transition enabling it to remain agile competitive and resilient in dynamic business environments
Ideal Candidate skills > Resources with Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Proven experience (510 years) in support Large Organizational Transformation Plan; Focus on the UAE market strongly appreciated; Superior planning and organisational skills; Experience in project management; Excellent in written and oral communication skills; Pharma experience context nicetohave but not essential; strongly validated a previous experience in a Big4/MBB Consulting Firm
Period of engagement > Permanent position immediate start
