We're seeking a talented CRM Email Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the casino industry to join our in-house team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven email marketing campaigns that drive player engagement and loyalty. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the casino industry who can leverage CRM platforms and email automation tools to optimize customer communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the casino industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Strong understanding of casino customer segmentation and behavior
- Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing automation tool (e.g., Customer.io, ActiveCampaign) - experience with Customer.io a plus
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging email content
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize email campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Player Relations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Manage and segment casino player data within the CRM platform
- Create targeted email content that resonates with specific player segments based on demographics, preferences, and behaviors
- Design and develop engaging email templates using HTML knowledge (preferred)
- Implement automated email workflows to trigger personalized communications based on player actions and behavior
- A/B test email campaigns to optimize subject lines, content, and send times
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Player Relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in casino email marketing
