CONTRACT ENGINEER

• The Contract Engineer shall assist in dealing with the technical aspects of contracts for * FEED/engineering study EPC project management consultancy (PMC) and ensuring that the specified technical requirements are met contributing to the successful execution of the project while safeguarding the organizations interests.
  
• Followings are also responsibilities of the work.
  
• Preparation of the Tender Documents / Contract Documents / Agreements from technical viewpoints.
  
• Preparation of any official correspondences for technical issues.
  
• Communication with internal company and negotiation with any third parties to attain favorable contract engagement and work execution for engineering teams.
  
• Monitor of department works for the work procedure improvements.
  
• Documentation and maintenance of any Company s technical guidelines / regulations.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge with drafting skills about the EPC Tender and Contract Conditions
  
• Knowledge about the technical terms and good command in English language to prepare and modify documents / official letters
  
• Negotiation and debate presentation skills
