Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
Manage inventory costs and ensure accurate valuation and control of wastage.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and audits.
Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure financial data integrity.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and provide insights into cost control and efficiency.
