Title: Purchase Officer

Location: Sharjah

Responsibilities:

Al Muqarram Industry is seeking for purchase officer professional to join our team. The purchase officer will be working at Sharjah head office and reporting to Head Procurement and Supply Chain.

General Responsibilities:

• Preparing the report cost profit and sales
• Maintain customer records
• Prepares quotation pro forma invoice and sales orders
• Liaise between inter departments in order to get approval for posting the order
• Coordinate with the customers and logistics department

• Planning and Organizing
• Excellent communication customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirement Graduation
• Experience working in manufacturing industry
