MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical design analysis and project management. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be involved in designing testing and implementing mechanical systems to meet client requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems components and products based on client specifications and industry standards.
• Conducting engineering analysis simulations and calculations to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical designs.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including architects electrical engineers and contractors to integrate mechanical systems into overall project designs.
• Creating detailed drawings specifications and documentation for manufacturing and construction.
• Performing feasibility studies and cost estimates for mechanical projects.
• Conducting tests experiments and prototype evaluations to validate design concepts and performance.
• Providing technical support troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues during project implementation.
• Staying updated with industry trends standards and best practices in mechanical engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be Immediately available and based in UAE.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 57 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer preferably in a design consultancy or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools (e.g. ANSYS MATLAB).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles thermodynamics fluid mechanics and materials science.
• Experience with HVAC systems machinery design or product development is highly desirable.
• Excellent problemsolving skills creativity and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
