Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT and audiovisual (AV) support including setup maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as projectors displays audio systems video conferencing devices and Home Automation.
- Respond to service calls and perform new installations/maintenance of AV equipment as directed by management.
- Support outdoor events and be available for oncall/afterhours service for AVrelated issues.
- Prepare Asbuilt BOQ and drawings maintain operation manuals and update system records for AV installations.
- Conduct regular maintenance visits adhere to industry standards for maintenance checklists for AV systems and report spare parts requirements.
- Submit daily work progress reports and maintain system health checks including audiovisual systems.
- Handle minor maintenance updates assist in system upgrades and provide 24/7 support as needed for AV equipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Install and set up new arcade games and equipment.
- Assist with the implementation of new game concepts.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with arcade games and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on arcade games and equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
- Experience in gaming simulators.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Problemsolving ability and a team player mindset.
- Capability to handle independent projects and provide support across IT and AV systems.
