Design and develop the organization’s procurement and logistics strategy.
Create best-practice based processes such as Strategic Sourcing Value Supply Chain Management and other methodologies.
Identify areas of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.
Negotiate favorable credit & payment terms to support organization’s cash flow.
Management of Procurement and Logistics Staff in sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
Budget Management for categories under Procurement and Logistics Management.
