الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide administrative support to the Division manager and MEP department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations related to MEP projects.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and project documentation.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for MEP projects and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services for MEP projects.
- Manage and update databases and spreadsheets related to MEP projects.
- Assist in the organization of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries related to MEP projects, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to MEP projects.
- Support the MEP team with any other administrative tasks as required.
