Job Summary
- This role is responsible for leading the development, coordination, managing, and communication of the key initiatives and program progress from end to end.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business critical, cross-org initiatives and programs in the organization.
- Lead various initiatives and programs from design through execution. Monitor the program progress from end to end and prepare regular updates and communication to the stakeholders.
- Lead and manage complex program and data, work independently to construct analyses and develop business plans and recommendations.
- Creates and facilitate effective taskforce engagement and program management governance.
- Liaison with executives and senior leaders and employees on project updates, proposals, and planning

- Partner and collaborates across divisions, organizations, and functions.
- Support daily operations in collaboration with senior management to ensure the timely completion and follow through on the deliverables
- Act as an expert by adding creative insights, identifying opportunities of operational process and tool improvements, and establishing governance policies to drive org-wide operational excellence.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in communication, planning, operations, or a related field.
