Your new company

Our client is a well-known and loved brand within the Entertainment, Media, Leisure and Tourism industry. They are looking for a Data Compliance Coordinator to support the Contingency Workforce HR team onsite (either in Bristol, CT or Burbank, CA; 4 days onsite).

Your new role

Your responsibilities will be to work alongside the team to process work orders that come through on the HR systems, processing requests, and maintaining HR data accuracy. You will update worker records, serve as the initial contact for inquiries, communicate to gather information, and escalate issues when necessary. The role requires independent work, initiative, and ongoing learning.

What you will need to succeed

• 3-5 years' experience working with data and analysis or audit.
• Proficient with utilizing PC applications and HRIS systems
• Ability to take initiative and accountability in their development and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
