Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Produce Project documents in Revit
• Respond to client’s questions and requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of architectural experience in a production environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Architecture
• Registered Interior Architect or on track to become licensed
• Computer skills must include Revit proficiency
• Knowledge of effort and time require to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documents
• Passion for building design
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Must exhibit good inter-personal skills and diplomacy
• Rendering ability from Revit is a major plus
• Applied understanding of building systems and costs
• Understanding of building and accessibility codes
• Ability to solve technical issues
• Work samples that demonstrate your Revit experience is required.
