Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our financial services team, responsible for providing top-notch client service and contributing to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment concepts, financial planning, and wealth management technology systems, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process new account applications in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, demonstrating a solid understanding of the client's financial objectives and our firm's investment strategies.
- Perform various administrative duties including maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communications between clients and our financial advisors.
- Utilize MS Office to create reports, manage data, and assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment portfolios.
- Respond to client requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Leverage wealth management technology systems to enhance client relationships, improve service delivery, and support our firm's financial strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry to provide informed advice and service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a client services role within the financial services industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, investment concepts, and wealth management technology systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is highly preferred.
