Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage and maintain resources to operate a 24/7 Network Operations Centre.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
24x7 Monitoring
Oversee the 24x7 monitoring of network infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure uptime, performance, and security.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools and systems to proactively identify and address network issues and potential security threats.
Develop and refine monitoring procedures and escalation protocols to optimize response times and minimize downtime.
