Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in the financial services and/or asset/wealth management industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Must have proficient knowledge working with the following: design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; Adobe PDF Editor; email marketing platforms (MailChimp a plus); Microsoft Office; Content Management Systems (CMS); Social Media platform such as Hootsuite; Google Analytics (GA4 a plus).
- Experience with the following a plus: Association Management Systems (AMS) or Salesforce; Learning Management Systems (LMS); Google Drive; C-Event or other mobile event platform; JotForm and/or Survey Monkey; bit.ly.
- Significant ability to learn new technologies and be resourceful in finding sustainable and creative solutions.
- Significant ability to draft and edit content with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand metrics and analyze KPIs to help make decisions and drive overall Marketing and/or Events strategies and ideas.
- Candidate should have a keen eye for designing collateral that is cohesive and on brand with an ability to execute under deadline.
- Given the remote work environment, the candidate must be extremely proactive with a goal/results-driven orientation that can work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate will demonstrate strong resource, workload, and capacity management skills while being a collaborative team player.
- Any outside business activity (such as a part time job) must be pre-disclosed and requires prior approval.
Salary:
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week during standard business hours), and the total compensation will range $70,000-$80,000 (base & bonus) annually.
