- Managing all brands front end onboarding in Delivery Hero Kitchens regionally.
- Responsible for the Partner moving in the equipment and going live as per the agreed date.
- Responsible for off boarding brands from kitchens as per offboarding guidelines.
- Single point of contact between Kitchen Operations and Kitchen Sales team for better communication.
- In case of delay in move in equipment by Partner, coordinate with the Kitchen Sales team to find replacement.
- Owning and updating the Partner Onboarding Master Sheet.
- Sending weekly updates to all stakeholders on the vacant stalls, churn and new partners going live.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team namely: Sales, Operations, Growth and Project to initiate brand onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Partner Brands to obtain documentary requirements for brand onboarding and all relevant documents required for trading (Trade License, Staff Permits, Health Cards, PIC, etc).
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Sales Team and Account Management for commercial accuracy and other concerns.
- Ensures that all requirements and all required signatures are complete and submitted to Salesforce for brand onboarding.
- Monitor the progress of the submission to Salesforce and rectify the deficiencies (if any) in a timely manner to ensure that the onboarding processes are progressing as required in the absence of Onboarding Associate.
- Coordinate with the external support team such as POS Content, Quality, Logistics on Menu Configuration along with Partners' POS Provider in the absence of Onboarding Associate.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for the provision of Talabat Device, Performing
- Test Orders and bring the brand live in the absence of Onboarding Associate.
- Keep records of all signed contracts on all kitchens and make it available whenever required by the Kitchen Operation Management.
- Maintain and update excel sheets on Brand Onboarding Progress and share with Kitchen Managers and Operations Director in the absence of Onboarding Associate.
- Update Kitchen Dashboards (GSF) for all newly onboarded brands in the absence of Onboarding Associate as per GFS guidelines.
- Prepare an onboarding update on a weekly basis and share it with the team during weekly update calls.

- Arabic Speaker
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in admin related works.

- UAE driving license (mandatory)
