Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design visual elements for various marketing materials including print collateral digital assets social media graphics presentations and advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts layouts and designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
- Use industrystandard software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) to create highquality designs and artwork.
- Create mockups and prototypes to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends techniques and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
- Work closely with other team members including copywriters photographers and web developers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving design projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer either inhouse or at an agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums.
- Excellent design skills including typography layout and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
