In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Experience in Construction of Industrial Buildings like Warehouses Factories Central Kitchens Airport Hangers etc is a must. Your responsibilities will include:
Budget and Schedule Management: Take ownership of project budgets schedules and specifications ensuring adherence to client requirements and contractual obligations.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to foster repeat business and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Construction Coordination: Coordinate all construction activities resolve technical issues and oversee subcontracted work to ensure timely completion and quality results.
Quality Assurance: Monitor material delivery quality and installation to ensure compliance with project criteria and industry standards.
Health Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental standards implementing measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular feedback to management on project progress budget performance and any issues or concerns that may arise.
