Construction Superintendent-Piping

Responsibilities: • Reviews and approves the Construction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) issued by EPC Contractor and witnesses major activities selected by PMC to ensure that the contraction work done properly and according to Specification and Drawings. • Ensures that the EPC Contractor is implementing and following the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans. • Monitors and administers EPC Contractor quality performance through to achieving the Provisional Acceptance. • Reviews and approves quality control reports for EPC Contractor. • Review WQT , PQR , WPS , NDT Procedure and Reports . • Initiates Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for any activity not complying with the Project quality plan, programs, and procedures. • Reviews the Non-Conformity Reports, analyses the root cause (s), corrective action(s) and preventive action(s).
