• Profound expertise in endpoint services leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and other client management platforms.
• Experience with JAMF.
• Proficiency in Azure and On-Premise servers' administration and maintenance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10/11 Desktop and server operating systems.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Extensive experience in monitoring, managing, and resolving issues across systems, servers, and mobile devices.
• Thorough knowledge of application and operating system deployment techniques, including patching tools.
• Strong grasp of Virtualization, storage infrastructure, and security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and proficient in managing MDM auto-enrolment configurations and policies.
• Advanced skills in automation using PowerShell scripting, Ansible and Jenkins to drive operational efficiencies.
• Deep understanding of application packaging and deployment methodologies.
• Active participation in software testing and deployment activities across various platforms.
• Proficiency in Wintel technologies encompassing DFS, Storage management, Networking protocols, and AD.
• Sound knowledge of SQL, WQL, WMI, PowerShell, and VB Scripting.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Application Packaging, Virtualization, and Applications Assessment technologies.
• Proficiency in MSI packaging using tools like Flexera Admin Studio and App Deployment Toolkit.
• Hands-on experience in packaging applications for cloud-based deployment models such as Azure and AWS.
