• Ensure correct registration of pets and owners details
  
• Booking appointments via telephone / online / Whatsapp / chat / social media accounts
  
• Follow up on appointments
  
• Providing information to customers about Veterinary facilities and procedures
  
• Providing information for boarding facilities for Cats Dogs pets
  
• Coordinating with Veterinary Doctors / Surgeons for day to day appointments as well as emergencies
  
• Prepared for any unforeseen situations and act promptly to resolve the issues
  
• Cash handling
  
• Operating POS
• Ensuring Electronic Payments Card payments and online payments are charged accurately and ensuring payments are gone through the system
  
• Invoicing and billing
  
• Preparing Documents on doctors advice for pets for any surgeries / treatment etc.
