We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the effective management of expenses, budgets, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in expenses tracking, variance analysis, corporate budgeting, and financial controls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze expenses to ensure alignment with corporate budget objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted expenses and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of the corporate budget, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the approval process for expenses, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Develop and oversee the Capex budget, evaluating investment opportunities and prioritizing capital expenditures.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience into Finance/Accounting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in expenses tracking, variance analysis, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
