Job Title: Dynamic CRM Consultant

Job Purpose:

Enhance the currently implemented Dynamics 365 CRM system by adding new functionalities and features through configuration and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of functionalities customizations and provide end user support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop and manage CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 FinOps and other business systems.
• Conduct ongoing software maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate with departments and end users to understand business requirements and translate into functional / technical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports training materials documentation and provide training to end users on business systems.
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the business solutions meet the enduser needs improve efficiency and achievement of all business objectives.
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in computer science
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation customization testing and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Integration experience with Microsoft and with other Business System Products.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products.
• Experience in Document Core Pack and SharePoint will be an advantage
