Job Description

The QA/QC- Commercial Construction- DC Metro will be responsible for:

• Implement and manage quality control systems and processes on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Provide training and support to project staff regarding quality standards and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The QA/QC- Commercial Construction- DC Metro will have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction with a focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Direct experience in QA/QC within construction projects, preferably including Healthcare, Affordable Housing, Recreation, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office sectors.
• Proven track record of managing projects with a minimum value of $20 million.
• Proficiency with Timberline software is essential.
• Reporting to the Safety Director and VP of Operations.
