Partner with the Home Operation Manager to execute tasks flawlessly.
Champion the highest standards of health safety and environmental practices.
Analyze operational costs adhere to budgets and report on financial performance.
Implement and monitor KPIs SLAs and operational procedures to ensure excellence.
Identify business opportunities in collaboration with the Bid Department.
Lead recruitment training and performance evaluations to build a highperforming team.
Optimize cleaning programs equipment chemicals and supplier relationships.
Develop and enforce SOPs training initiatives and performance assessments.
At least 10 years of experience in the Facility Management industry with a focus on soft services.
Proven expertise in installation maintenance and repair within large commercial settings.
A solid grasp of Workplace Health & Safety practices.
A diploma or bachelor s degree in Facility Management or related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
Preference for candidates with professional certifications such as BICS.
Deep knowledge of industry standards including BICSc COSHH ISO HACCP ESTIDAMA APPA and LEED.
