What You Will Do
- Maintaining a high level of safety awareness
- Collecting data on wood chip & bark samples
- Entering & maintaining the Rader data systems (chip classification machine)
- Maintaining the Rader Classifier by routine cleanings and maintenance
- Identifying quality non-conformance and notifying the Area Manager
- Interface with customers and suppliers to continually improve product quality
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least a 2-year technical Degree in Forestry or at least 4 years of forestry related experience
- Valid Driver’s License for local travel
What Will Put You Ahead
- Forestry Internship experience or experience in a manufacturing or plant setting
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Forestry or Related Field
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience testing for quality
