Restaurant Manager

Qualifications –

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
  

Experience –

• 3 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years in Restaurant management experience,
• Experience in similar size/style of 5* hotel
• Diploma / degree in Hospitality Management
• Leadership / People management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with guests and all levels of employees
• Service oriented with an eye for details
