Assess the teams’ individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid & long-term training and development plans.
Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East.
Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training).
Deep understanding of the company culture, heritage, product pillars and seasonal collection knowledge.
Support team on the floor through follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling and selling techniques in accordance with the brand standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of related work experience with the luxury industry.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills & Excellent organization skills
An in-depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills are required
Excellent understanding of Learning and blended learning.
Demonstrate ability to influence, and strong follow-up skills.
