Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor's degree and typically 7 or more years' relevant work experience
- Multi-year experience in customer facing roles
- Proven experience working in a global environment, proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally through calls and discussions would be a pre-requisite for the role together with excellent project and time management skills
- Effective influencing skills working with managers and leadership
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- ITIL & Project Management knowledge/experience desired
- Working in a Regional/ International Team, with experience contributing and rolling out of globally developed strategy, projects & solutions
- Organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements
- Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen
