Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for VLAKAR Real Estate.
• Manage the marketing budget ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral including brochures advertisements social media content and website updates.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends to identify target demographics and formulate effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales targets.
• Take charge of the companys online presence across various digital platforms including social media email marketing and website enhancements.
• Identify and participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities to promote the VLAKAR Real Estate brand.
• Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify brand visibility.
• Monitor and assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns providing insights for refinement and improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis with strong analytical capabilities to drive datadriven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Profound understanding of digital marketing methodologies and platforms.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous although not mandatory.
