Job Responsibilities: • To perform visual Quality Control and reject defected profiles in separate stillages, which is in each packing machine, in order to resend it, back to the Remelting department. • To prepare small bundles, placing interleave paper between profiles or carton strips etc. According to the Packing Specifications. • To be able to load and unload all necessary packing material to the machine. • To make all necessary modifications and set-ups in foil machine so that protective film can be put in Aluminium profiles • To take care about the line miscellaneous and consumable items located in the packing area such as packing materials, plastic or metal strips etc. • To make all necessary set ups in the packing machine according to geometry of packed profiles.
