Bartender

Our client is a leading nightclub currently hiring experienced Bartenders for their new opening in Dubai.

What will you do

• Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
• Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
• Deliver bestinclass drinks to specification consistently and in a timely manner as per company standards
• Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rotas are adhered to

What are we looking for

• Experience and passion for mixology
• General mixology and liquor knowledge
• Curious attitude always learning and exploring new ideas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in highend highvolume awardwinning club/bar operations in Europe the Middle East or Asia
• Creative
• Performs well under pressure
• Fluency in either Russian Arabic or Balkan languages would be an advantage
